False or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of the process.

• Provided through partner agencies or directly to service providers

6. Repayment Obligations

• Cooperate with EBI, partner agencies, and guarantors

Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions as defined in the agreement.

7. Role of Partner Agencies

Partner agencies:

• May act as primary guarantors

EBI is not responsible for the independent actions of partner agencies.

8. Guarantor Responsibility

Applicants must provide a secondary guarantor.

Guarantors agree to:

• Support repayment obligations if required
• Provide accurate financial information

9. Fees and Charges

All applicable fees, including service fees, will be:

• Clearly communicated prior to agreement
• Defined in contractual documentation

No hidden charges will be applied.

10. Limitation of Liability

EBI shall not be held liable for:
